What drivers have written

“Charged my 2024 Tesla Model Y at 60kW. It works with CCS1 to NACS adapter. I paid with EVConnect app, but it appears to accept a credit card or phone tap for payment without the app too. 2 electric supply units; 4 stalls/cables total. To tell the app which charger you're using, type in the code / ID under the QR code on the sticker on the top left of the charge unit. Expensive: $0.60/kWh Only high speed DC charger in town as of Jan. 18 2026. Thanks for adding it!!” — Gabriel Staples, 7 months ago

“The charging station is somewhat convenient. It's at the Chevy dealership in a small driveway. If no other vehicles are there, it's very easy to get to. However, if there's a vehicle charging at the first charging station, it can be difficult to access the others, especially if you have to back in. The price there is the highest I've seen anywhere. $0.70 per kilowatt hour as of March 17th. 2026. They advertised that it's a fast charger, however it's not. It's medium at best.” — Jaime Herrera, 5 months ago

“Fantastic to find these new fast(ish) chargers (60 kW) here in Safford. I probably could've made it to Globe, but this quick stop gave me some much appreciated peace of mind. I arrived to find four working charge ports. You need the EV Connect app to charge, but it's really easy. The cables and CCS connections are in perfect working order, although I will note the cables are thicker than any charger I've ever seen and it takes some elbow grease to maneuver them. Yes, I have a desk job and it's embarrassing. Thanks for installing these, Kempton Chevy! Note: the point on the Google Maps is a bit off, as these chargers are technically on the North side of the street (next to Mechy's Mexican Food).” — Allen Beach, a year ago
