What drivers have written

“I would not recommend the L2 chargers unless you are wanting to monitor closely like an L3. I pulled up, activated, and left like I would at any L2 charger. The energy price is very reasonable ($0.18/kWh, or about $2/hr), but idle fees start 10 minutes after charging stops, and amount to $12/hr. In my case, my vehicle's charge limit was set lower than intended and so it stopped shortly after starting; I discovered the charge limit problem remotely and restarted it after about an hour, but I still ended up with $11 in idle fees (even though no one was at any of the chargers). After charging me for the charging (after the idle fees), I got an additional charge of $0.20 for the 14 seconds between stopping the charge and returning the charge handle. Absurd. All this for chargers that were occupied neither when we arrived nor when we left (possibly because of the above policies); the glitch I had with my charging inconvenienced no one. A total of $11.60 in fees compared to $3.50 in charging for an absentminded mistake. I won't use this charger again unless the policies change, and I would advise others not to as well.” — Grant Nichols, 7 months ago

“I have to neutral. According to the app and online shows that their chargers are for any maker. But I could not get the stations to charge my Blazer EV.” — Thomas Erwin, 3 months ago

“Non Rivian vehicles don’t bother stopping here. There may only be one vehicle on the 7/8 chargers available, but they won’t allow any other vehicles to charger at their station.” — Deva Fowler, 5 months ago
