“How to give ZERO stars. Mercedes car showed charging available here. No such luck. Knew a problem existed when it showed all 4 “in use”. Called MB. Said it should work. Downloaded. App , called XOVA ( whoever THAT is) and found it’s not set up yet. Gee thanks MB. Found Electrify America 7 miles back. Wasted 1 1/2 hours due MB inefficiency.
