“Horrible charger. I usually love red E but not at this ford dealer. It kept putting pending charges through the red E app then disconnecting before charging. Then I paid at the station itself. Once I started charging I noticed I’m no where near the 180kw/hr. I’m only getting 50kw/hr on the charger and even with my car off, my cars only getting 43kw/hr. I will not charge at this ford dealer ever again. Paying $0.57/kw you’d expect to get close to the promised 180kw/hr rate. But no where close” — justin a, 8 months ago

“Beware of water dripping into the charger handle into the crack on top. The water gets in and freezes and then you can't get it off the car. They need to put a piece of flex seal tape over the crack to prevent water intrusion or a "hat" to protect the handle or entire station.
