“The first time i went, the card readers were down, so I had to call customer service. They made me download the app and create an account to put my credit card in instead because card readers could not be used. It was 30$ for an hour long 75% charge. Garbage. The second time I went, I used the app again and went inside Target for an hour. When I came back out to the car, the charge wasn't even 30% complete. It seems that it stopped charging early for WHATEVER reason, and i wasn't notified, which made me waste an entire hour inside Target for NOTHING. I immediately drove the EV rental back a few days early to Hertz and paid for the "low battery" charge. Absolute TRASH INFRASTRUCTURE.
