“Used this location several times over a long weekend mid-May 2026. There were always at least 2 cables available (and late at night we were the only ones there). Got about 80kW max from the CCS cables (2024 Solterra). “Idle fee was 3x more than the charging fee. There wasn’t an app or notification to let me know charging was complete. I tried calling their customer service number and was told to download the app, but when I asked her to walk me through it, she realized there was no way to do it online. She asked me to email instead, which I did. I got an automated response with a link of FAQ. It also stated to email back if my question was not answered, in which I did, but was told me inquiry was closed. When I tried to start a new email, I received the same message.
