“Great place to charge at night for 0.18¢ per kWh (10pm - 8am). During the day it’s 0.36¢ / kWh. The area has a security guard and there is usually 1-4 other EV’s charging as well. Very safe if safety is your concern. However, one night I took my chihuahua up there to let her scratch around a bit, and noted a coyote looming where we were about 10 minutes after we left that area.
