“Charge point chargers on parking levels 1 and 2 are almost all offline or have broken handles. PowerFlex Chargers are located at level 3. Cell signal is weak in the area so make sure your PowerFlex app is pre downloaded and set up. For my session, the car indicated it was charging, but the app never registered and I was getting less than .5kw/hr. Because there was a $5 per session fee, I was afraid to unplug and hoped the issue was cell signal. It was not, the session never fully initiated. According to the app, I had no active sessions at the end, but if I see it on my credit card I will contest the charge. Tip: if this happens to you, end the session and try another plug. For me it did not charge me the session fee and there may have been chargers that worked.
