What drivers have written
“First time to charge in this location at around 4ish in the afternoon. When I arrived, all stations were occupied. I went around the parking lot to check if there’s someone before me waiting in line to charge. Nobody. Both corner, clear. I waited 5 mins. Until I saw a tall skinny Caucasian walking from Vons, side of me..& walked towards the charging station. He got in the car. He finished, but he stayed a bit. Then one incoming car from the other side pulled forward to the end of empty charging station on the left. Few mins later, The car driver who was done charging reverse & pause on the middle blocking me from behind, so the other car driver who just pulled forward reverse & took the spot on the last end. I waited for 5 mins to get cut off line. I did not honk or showed any madness; I just stared at them in silence. Thankfully, I had huge patience. The tall middle age Caucasian guy w/long round face look like J Kerry in his 60s left & returned for that person who cut me off. He looked at me & I stared at him 😐. I waited for additional 15 mins to get someone vacate station. I got the lot next to the driver who cut me off. I wanted to say to her, “With all due respect madam, you shouldn’t be using electric car if you don’t have patience to wait for available charging station for few mins if it wasn’t for that person you knew who just saved you the spot while I was there before you.“ I just let KARMA works next time they meet their match to cut off line at the charging station.” — Dancing MidTraveler, 3 months ago
“Nope now they hold $40 using the app 😱 and hold it for 3-5 business days! I actually recorded my call with customer support who said that this info was not posted for the consumer Class action lawsuit here we come! If you have been in this situation in the past week contact me on social media so you can also get in on this” — Dustee Ichihara, 7 months ago
“EVgo claims that all of the chargers are down due to vandalism. No vandalism besides tagging on the back side of the units can be seen. Unless there's some super secret way people can disable an entire charging station without having access to the internals, this seems like a fabrication. The more likely answer is they know the CHAdeMO chargers are being discontinued and are simply waiting to replace those stations with new ones, of which they'll probably be subsidized to do. They did this with a collection of stations in Mira Mesa as well where the day prior, all machines were working, and then the following morning all but one was put in maintenance mode, and then later that day they put that last station in maintenance mode as well and all stations have been down for over a month with the same vandalism excuse.” — Andy s, 2 years ago
