What drivers have written

“It's not confusing at all. Most cars parked & charged easily and quick except two. Many Fast food and Eat-In restaurants and other convienent shops one street over and a very short walk. This charging station is just like all of the other charging stations that have extra parking spots next to the chargers for EV cars to wait for a charger in case all of the chargers are full. Very much appreciated btw. Also, nothing is wrong with the diagonal lines. When you pull in the parking space diagonally, your charger will be exactly next to your charge port. It's realistically that simple. Most peoples' confusion when complaining about the diagonal lines may be because, if one or two people double park or use the wrong charger, then that usually messes it up for the rest of the row on that side. Now, because you can park on both sides it affects both rows on both sides, just like when someone or a few ppl use the wrong charger at other Tesla locations that have double-sided parking with straight lines. What some people do here is pull into the space for waiting at the end and dont feel like moving when they realize that's not the correct spot for that charger and would still stretch the cord to reach their car...creating an issue pattern. Tips: It's every other charger for each side and they have that one "odd" charger like most stations have that's a little further away from the rest. Also, if you have to stretch the cord to reach your car, then you're in the wrong spot for that charger. These weren't designed by idiots in engineering. Charging on opposite sides is greatly convenient, as it prevents many other Non-Tesla cars with adapters and Cybertrucks from blaring bright lights in your face the entire time they are charging, even though there's no need for headlights while charging.” — نيم, a year ago

“At 1:22 AM, the rate at this location showed $0.33/kWh. After I drove 3 miles to get there, it suddenly jumped to $0.48/kWh. This feels like algorithm-based pricing, and it’s frustrating to see consumers being played like this.” — Amiri, 5 months ago

“Absolutely disorganized. Cars are sharing chargers from both sides, which creates the mess. Showing lower charging price, and when all chargers are taken, charging congestion fee, as 0.50 cents a minute.” — Yan Roysental, 6 months ago
