What drivers have written
“I recently had the pleasure of stopping at this Electrify America charging facility, and it is hands-down the most impressive EV charging experience I have had to date. This site completely redefines what a charging stop should be. Unmatched Infrastructure The site is incredibly well-equipped with a large number of perfectly functioning and clean high-speed chargers. I was able to pull in and plug in immediately without any waiting, and the charging speeds were consistently excellent, getting me back on the road efficiently. Amenities That Make a Difference What truly sets this facility apart is the attention to traveler comfort: • Impeccable Facilities: The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, which is always a relief on a long road trip. • Hydration: It is rare to find a high-quality drinking fountain and a dedicated water bottle filler at a charging station, making it easy to stay hydrated. • Convenience: The vending machines are well-stocked, providing easy access to snacks and drinks. • Comfort & Productivity: The lounge area features very comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing while you wait. I was even more impressed to find a dedicated conference room, which is useful if you need to hop on a quick work call or catch up on emails in a quiet, professional environment. Safety & Peace of Mind Perhaps most importantly, the presence of a security guard on-site provided a fantastic sense of safety and oversight. It is clear that this location is managed with a high standard of care. If you are traveling through San Francisco, this charging facility is not just a place to power up your car—it is a genuinely comfortable and productive space to recharge yourself as well. This is the gold standard for electric vehicle infrastructure!” — Derek Perner, 2 months ago
“A must-stop for a quick recharge for your non-Tesla EV in San Francisco. The location is convenient for hopping back on I-80 East to the Bay Bridge or onto 101 South to San Jose. There are 20 CCS 350 kW chargers, so waiting is not an issue. Our 2024 VinFast VF8 connected via the EA app, and the input power maxed out at 92 kW at 57% SOC. The station is inside a warehouse building with two lounges and two restrooms. There's even a small private meeting room available. Power outlets are available for devices. One of the two lounges has vending machines for snacks and drinks. This is a great setup for stretching your body, sitting, or relaxing while charging. During our sunny afternoon visit, most drivers stayed inside their cars. This is in an industrial zone, so there aren't any shops, coffee houses, or restaurants close by. All in all, a great spot to check out a variety of EV brands and models besides Tesla.” — Nam Nguyen, a year ago
“I am a new EV owner without home charging that lives in San Francisco. Any worries about finding a reliable and clean charging location are completely gone. This spot is so amazing. I don’t even think I would mind waiting a while for it. But because the chargers are all in good, working order I can’t imagine that you ever have to wait very long. They are also OK with you grabbing a coffee as long as you are back before your session ends. There’s a great coffee shop not too far from here. I’m definitely gonna be back on a regular basis. Everyone in the space is very courteous, the facilities are very clean, and I’m looking forward to making this my base camp for most of my charging needs in San Francisco. I’m feeling very lucky after visiting this charging spot.” — Heather Jackson, 6 months ago
