“Misled, dismissed, and out my money. Avoid unless you have 6 hours to spare. What should have been a quick charge turned into an ordeal. The first station they assigned us simply didn't work. After we called, they moved us to a working one, but neglected to mention it was a slow charger that would take 6 hours. We only found that out after we were already committed. When we called back, the supervisor, Dee, offered zero help. Her response was essentially "you chose the slow charger, that's that," even though no one ever told us it was slow. Only after we pushed did she casually reveal a fast charger even existed. She wouldn't say where it was, so we had to ask. Then she wouldn't give us the number until we asked again. And when we asked the obvious question, whether we could transfer the credit we'd already paid to the fast charger, she flatly refused. So we were left having paid for a charge we couldn't reasonably use, with a supervisor who treated our problem as our fault. For anyone considering this place: - Confirm BEFORE you plug in whether the station is a fast or slow charger. They won't volunteer it. - A "slow" charger here can mean 6+ hours. - Credit is apparently not transferable between stations, so a wrong assignment can cost you. - Don't expect help from management if something goes wrong.
