“I attempted to use charger #10 but it wouldn't plug into my car. Upon inspecting the connector one of the metal pieces inside was bent which was preventing it from connecting, but on the app and on the plug's screen it was still available to select. “Used to be good when it first opened, but things have deteriorated. The app often fails to start a charge; the card readers on most of the chargers are broken.
