“it's probably not the worst but this is got to be the worst company, and it's not the charger for the record there's at least three chargers in the Safeway parking lot, electrify America is the hardest company to deal with it's not user-friendly you need to log in with your email and a code to get sent to your email and then you need to copy paste that at the same time it will log you out and you have to do it all over again and you can spend 15-20 minutes trying to figure out how to make this thing work and I've been using electric chargers every single day two or three times a day for over 2 years, evgo is absolutely user-friendly and I have both apps and anytime I use electrify America it's extremely complicated it doesn't accept your money you have to have multiple credit cards on file with them they take a deposit regardless of how much money you use with them that they always have on file therefor stealing your money, have you ever been to a gas station in your life that takes up to 20 minutes to get the gas to start and then only allows you to charge 80%? so if you do get it charging and you go in the store it's immediately going to glitch and turn off and start charging you a dollar a minute or so, you can pay as much or more in penalty fees than the cost of charging your vehicle if you do not stand and stare at the machine and make sure it does not turn off it will immediately start charging you after it turns off also this particular machine number two only charged at 4 kilowatts instead of 350 I have a fast charging car Kia ev6 is one of the fastest charging cars you can buy, see the picture I inserted is charging me over a dollar a minute to charge and only providing 4 kilowatts instead of 350, it's going to stop charging at 80% and now I will find an Evgo to finish charging to 100%” — arcata company, 10 months ago
