“I tried to use this station for the first time, and when the charging was done, I couldn't unplug the charger. I called the customer service and the barely understood the guy on phone. They rebooted the station, charger was still lucked. They escalated the ticket, and I was stock in the station with a little baby. I called the customer support again, another mumbling guy told me there is nothing they can do, and I to wait for the technician. I am took an uber and waiting at home.
