“Extremely expensive, they wouldn't accept my prepaid card so I had to use the horrible EVgo app and it ended up charging my credit card anyways, and when I asked them to charge my prepaid card they refused. Super rude and incompetent staff. $10 for 30%. Will never go to an EVgo again, sure hope my $10 was worth it... horrible customer service and experience every time I go to an EVgo. This one will be the last. There's an in Electrify America close by here always a great experience with EA, they actually have customer service too. “It takes 2-3 months to get one station fixed but glad they fixed it after the cord got cut/stolen. Use the Red emergency Reset button a few times if it doesn't start or try restarting from the app and the car off and locked helps.” — Tony Zhu, 2 years ago
