What drivers have written

“[Update 5/26/25: site is very buggy. The last two or three times I’ve been by, I couldn’t charge even after moving to different spots. Today a guy in a Rivian next to me was having the same experience. This site was great, but what appear to be software bugs prevent charging so much that you eventually just give up.] Very expensive site, but convenient because it is never full. Cost is typically $.69/kwh so 68 kWh charge was $47. Today I had trouble connecting to three of the eight chargers; calling their number it said they were having technical difficulties and if I couldn’t charge go somewhere else. Finally I decided to check a fourth one before bailing, and it worked. I also filed a support ticket and they replied that people are charging there just fine. Guess it was a figment of my imagination!” — Bradley Bock, a year ago

“First, it's by Lazy Dog restaurant, so the location is wrong. Second, this was the most expensive charger I have ever used. It does not tell you the charge rate (apparently it changes throughout the day) I unplugged after 5 minutes and it cost over $8. Would not recommend.” — Jessie Pierick, a year ago

“I love charging my car here. It is never too crowded and I have never had to wait for a station. It is fast and easy.” — Parul Doshi, 9 months ago
