“Terrible customer interface, 10 min to finally figure out how to start a charge. Then I couldn't stop it - no button on the screen, no customer service number to call, etc. The screen oh so helpfully tells me to go to the app or use my RFID card. Another 10 min figuring it out - apparently I needed to navigate back to the website I used to initiate the charge in order to stop it. I've never seen that set-up before.
