“Excellent EV Charging Experience! Stopped here during my highway trip and had a great experience. The charger was working perfectly, charging started without any issues, and the process was quick. The location is very convenient next to Saravana Bhavan, so you can enjoy a meal or coffee while your vehicle charges. There is ample parking, clean surroundings, and the station is easy to locate. “Lots of problems today. The two 120kw chargers were online except for one gun, but they were only charging at 30kw. The 60 kW charger showed both guns as available, but only one was working. Multiple cars tried, and gun A wasn't working for any of them. Customer support wasn't available either – never-ending queues on the call and no help when I finally got through after three attempts and several minutes in the queue. For the price they charge, services need to improve, Zeon, if you're reading this.
