“I've charged here many times at all hours. What's good: - Convenient to downtown SB - Easy in and out once you know the garage and parking system - Many attractions nearby - Fast charging What's not so good: - No Wifi (but a good cellular signal) - Can be initially confusing as to where the Super Chargers are and if parking fees are charged PARKING IN THE GARAGE IS FREE FOR THE FIRST 75 MINUTES - On nights and weekends there are often revelers from the bars hanging out in the garage. And the courtyard next to the garage is popular with homeless folks.
