“you probably won't be able to use your discounted membership service here as when you click on member, it gives an error and says that it's unavailable. I tried to call this in and the person who is on the phone with me wanted me to reinstall the app, but it's not just the app that was failing it was actually the widget that the app installed into the Apple wallet which acts sort of like a payment mechanism or eight passed Board of flight, but it is historically been successful at starting my charge. So here I am having prepaid for service and loaded money into the account with a bank account, such that it auto renews and I couldn't get it to even give me a trickle of charge until I plug in a credit card, which is about 25% more. “Chargers were derated, only a max charge speed of 29 kW on a "super fast" charger that was supposed to have a charge rate of up to 350 kW. Instead of taking 45 minutes to charge, it took over 2 hours to charge. I called electrify america's customer disservice line and they told me that the problem was with the car, not their charging station.
