“The good: it looks like all the chargers are working. When I pulled up there was actually a free charger. The bad: another of their charging stations in a crowded parking lot. This means lining up and waiting blocks cars backing out of parking spaces and obstructs traffic. Creates chaos for those waiting for a charge. Adding to the complication, depending on where your charger port is located, you might have to back in to an angled parking space. This means a lot of cars backing up and maneuvering to allow space. Since these are fast chargers, I can't imagine why they would put them on the top deck of a crowded shopping mall parking lot. There isn't time for shopping, so 100% of the customers come here only to charge. Another example of electrify Americas abysmal business plan and poor execution.” — Scott, 10 months ago

“Expensive! It worked ok, but dang. We were staying in Jenner and needed some supplies in Santa Rosa. Before heading back to Jenner we knew we needed to charge up. $40 for half of a battery charge.
