“EV charging has not been working and is causing significant problems. Despite multiple attempts to charge my vehicle, the station remains unusable. This has resulted in major inconvenience, lost time, and unexpected costs. Reliable charging service is essential, and I expect equipment to be maintained and repaired promptly. There isn't any sign board mentioning it out of service or not working. Wasted nearly 20mins and after that security person came to us and informed that station is not working.
