“This is the shittiest station I’ve charged at: it tells you it can pump 21kw, and you think that is the case, but what you’re not told is IT WILL TAKE ONE HOUR TO GET TO THAT POWER LEVEL! So, a planned quick stop charge turns into a nightmare where you’ll probably be sitting in a hot car and having your plans turned upside down. Calling their customer service is useless too, or even worse, they’ll be rude and hang up on you. And this is after they’ve locked in your money with a minimum of $20 to even begin charging!
