What drivers have written

“One-Star Review (Revised) This Supercharger has an ongoing problem caused by the attached service center. Three stalls are routinely blocked by service vehicles that are not charging. As a result, about half the station is often unusable. However, the Tesla app still shows these stalls as “available” because it only tracks whether a car is plugged in, not whether the space is physically blocked. Because of this, drivers are constantly routed here expecting open chargers, only to arrive and realize none are actually accessible. I regularly see cars pull in and immediately leave. On one visit, I watched three Teslas do this in about 20 minutes. That translates to dozens of drivers per day being misdirected and inconvenienced, and thousands per year. I’ve raised this issue with the service center, but they have refused to change their parking habits. This is not a minor inconvenience. It’s a systemic problem that wastes customers’ time and undermines confidence in Tesla’s charging network. The solution is simple: stop blocking active charging stalls.” — Matt C, 6 months ago

“Great location. Passcode to lounge is an awesome perk! Wifi, coffee/tea, water, tv!! Clean bathrooms and even some kids toys” — Kristie Adrian, 9 years ago

“It is apparently not uncommon for newly sold cars to occupy charging spots, without charging, while waiting for customers to pick them up.” — Erik Iverson, 3 months ago
