“Downtown Seattle is hard when it comes to finding a charging station as most are in garages that close at a certain time. I used the app to locate this spot and was happy that one was noted as available. I pulled up to the spot and it was not. I was so upset as the person using the station only had 38% and here I was with low battery and unable to make it to the next area where there are more choices like Renton, Bellevue, Burien, etc... “When these were Shell Recharge stations independently owned, they were great. Now they are ChargePoint and owned by SCL and regularly malfunction. 0/10, would recommend paying more for more reliable charger.
