What drivers have written
“I charged here around 9 p.m., and there was no one else using the station, which was great—no lineup at all. The chargers themselves look smaller than the ones at larger Supercharger locations, so charging seemed to take a bit longer than usual compared to big charging stations I’ve used before. Overall, the charging experience was fine and reliable, and the quiet late-night access was a plus. The only downside was that the station was very difficult to find within the parking area, as signage wasn’t very clear. Good option if you’re charging late and want to avoid crowds, but better directions would really help.” — Orest Martynets, 8 months ago
“Glad this location offers charging, and the setup was generally useful. The main challenge was that charging seemed slow, and the parking garage is a bit of a maze. Cell service was also weak, which made it harder to find the car or monitor charging. Overall, it’s a helpful option, and a few improvements to signage and connectivity would make it much more convenient.” — Huzaifa Rampurawala, 5 months ago
“I’m very disappointed with this parking garage. The valet staff repeatedly park their own valet vehicles in the EV-only charging spots, which makes it impossible for many electric car drivers to charge when they arrive. These charging spots are supposed to be available for customers, not blocked by the garage’s own cars. On top of that, we still have to pay full parking fees even when the charging service is unusable because the spaces are taken by valet vehicles. This is unacceptable and very frustrating, especially for EV owners who rely on these chargers. I hope management takes this seriously and stops using EV charging spots as regular valet parking spaces. It’s unfair to paying customers and defeats the purpose of having chargers in the first place.” — Jay L, 9 months ago
