What drivers have written

“This charging location is in serious need of upgrades. The Francis EV chargers in Seminole are old, run-down, and far from reliable. The card readers on all chargers don’t work, so you’re forced to download the Francis EV app just to initiate a session, which is inconvenient if you’re passing through or in a hurry. There are four slow chargers and two labeled as “fast” chargers, but the performance is underwhelming. I was only able to get a maximum of 42kW from one of the fast chargers, which isn’t ideal when you’re expecting at least 100kW or more. The units also look outdated and poorly maintained. If you’re planning a long trip or relying on a quick top-up, I’d suggest looking elsewhere if possible. This location needs serious attention and modernization.” — Colton, a year ago

“Tried 2 units neither of them worked. Kept shutting off. Got enough to get the next charger and praying it works. How do you justify raising cost with lousy service?” — Merry Smith, 2 years ago

“Charger did not work, called and charger started but quit. Left me stranded. Do not use them. They also ask for a lot of your personal information and an account before you can charge.” — Heston Hawkins, a year ago
