“This zeon outlet is located on the highway and it has cafe Udupi Ruchi which is a very good veg restaurant and aswins sweets and mody chocolates. So family will be better suited to spend the time we charge the car in a useful way. They have 2 stations . First station has 2 chargers which work very well. The second one has there different chargers for diff brand but unfortunately it was not working when I was charging and another ev car had to wait till I finish charging. “Zeon remains the undisputed Fast charge provider in South India! I have DC charged my EV about 180 times, across different platforms. It has never once failed to charge on the Zeon network. They have also upgraded many of their chargers to 120 KW/hr (and above) capacity allowing newer cars with large batteries to charge faster. Their app is among the most intuitive and gives the best summary of the charging session including the charging curve for each session. Their backend support remains the best in South India , providing technical support , alternate chargers en route and rectify problems online if ever there is a need. “Overall, Zeon Charging is a great network. Once the charging session actually starts, it is incredibly fast and works flawlessly. I even did a late-night charge at 2.00 AM, and the performance itself was perfect Suggestions: ​Initial Setup: I've noticed that at first, the installation/initialization process takes a bit of time to get going. Once it kicks in, it's great, but speeding up that initial startup would be a big plus. ​Lighting for Night Charging: Since I've charged here late at night, adding smart bulbs or motion-sensor lights would be a fantastic safety and convenience upgrade for drivers handling cables in the dark. ​Shade & Canopy: It would be an incredible upgrade if you could install a green sheet roof or canopy to cover both the chargers and the parking bays. Protecting the cars, the charging guns, and the main units from the scorching direct sunlight would keep the equipment running at peak performance during the day and make the wait much more comfortable for drivers.” — Rufus Samuel, 3 months ago
