“Excellent EV charging experience at ChargeZone x TATA.ev MegaCharger and Tata Power Charging Station at Amrai Resort, Satara. Very convenient location right on the highway and the setup is well maintained. Around 5 chargers were available and charging was smooth without much waiting time. Great stop for EV users travelling between Pune and Bengaluru. The resort surroundings are clean and peaceful, making the charging break comfortable as well. “Chargzone Charging Station Review: Amrai Resort, Satara Address: Amrai Resort, Near National Highway No-4, Shendre, Satara, Maharashtra 415002 Rating: 1/5 Stars Review: I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the Chargzone charging facility at Amrai Resort in Satara. As an owner of a Tata Nexon EV 45, I rely on a functional charging infrastructure, and this location was a complete failure. Upon arrival, I found the charging station to be completely inoperable. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to start a charging session. The charger failed to connect to my Nexon EV, which is a major concern as this is a common vehicle that should be compatible with standard charging ports. There was no clear error message, just a frustrating lack of communication between the charger and my car. This kind of unreliable service is a significant issue for EV owners who are on long journeys and depend on these stations to complete their trips. I had to waste valuable time and energy troubleshooting an issue that should not have existed in the first place. I urge the management of Chargzone to address these issues immediately. A non-functional charging station is not only useless, but it also creates a major inconvenience and a safety concern for drivers.
