What drivers have written

“Didn’t think I’d have to leave a real bad review about a merchant. Avoid this Tesla charging station unless you have no other choice. I didn’t realize this was a paid structure until it was too late. I wanted to turn back out but I got cars behind me and had to enter the structure. The Tesla charging station is all the way on the third floor. They blocked out some paths and if you were not careful you miss the right way to turn up and had to waste more time. I noticed people said you could validate the ticket at Starbucks. I was not in the mood for that anyways. Tried to pay for the parking but the ticket didn’t read. After charging 20% I just wanted to leave and on the exit the security guard charged me $5 for the bad ticket. I really disliked this whole thing. My car was at a low percentage and they thoroughly took advantage of that. If anybody came here just for charging, they should consider validating it or put out a sign to say charging Tesla only will cost you more. Be aware! No picture. Not ever coming back.” — DM TANG, 2 months ago

“Avoid!!! This is the worse charging station I have ever encountered. The charging a long drive over countless speed bumps through the mall then up to the third floor but instead of finding a big piece of cheese expect to find super slow chargers! I left after just getting another 5 miles because it was so slow. But the nightmare did not end there. To get out you need to pay… for me this was 9$ this is when the true hell begins… you can only pay with cash or credit card! But I only had my phone for Apple Pay. I pushed the button for help but when the attendant came out I simply got yelled and told I needed to go back into the mall to buy something to validate the parking or come up with cash or cc! I am disabled and walking is painful and slow with the help of crutches, so there was no way I was going to go back into the parking structure. I continued to get harassed until I found a few dollars in the car & some manager approved my crime. Don’t go here, it’s a nightmare😱” — Nova Lee, 2 months ago

“Don't understand all these negative reviews. Plenty of signs posted leading you to the stations. You have to pay attention the 1st time, then you won't forget. Yes, they charge for parking. Almost all garages with charge stations do. Never had to wait to charge. Plenty of outlets. Not many super charge stations in the valley, so I'm there often. Seriously, stop complaining people. Would you rather drive to Calabasas or Universal City to charge? Those usually have a wait.” — George Tsukatos, 2 months ago
