“Not a charging station. A time wasting station. "Connection error", that's all I got for 20 minutes trying to use this station. Didn't matter if I used the app or a credit card directly on the machine. The station would think about it for a few seconds then give you an error, telling you to disconnect, reconnect, then try again. Tried so many times, my debit card issuer texted me that there was fraudulent activity being detected on my card. Do yourself a favor, find another station (or use the nearby Tesla charger if you have an adapter). Don't even waste precious minutes of your life with this one. Oh and by the way. the charger is positioned at the exit but you have to come INTO the exit just to position your vehicle correctly. Boneheaded decision to place it here.” — H P, 11 months ago

“Donatello has been replaced by a new unit named Dillon, so the location is up and running now. I was excited to see that Dillon said it had "Simultaneous Charging Available", but it doesn't seem to work. I called EVgo customer service about it and they said that 50kW chargers don't actually support Simultaneous Charging. Bummer!
