“Wasn’t working on a Friday. Told the people in the Scotiabank next to it…WHOSE LOGO IS ON THE CHARGER. They promised they would get someone to fix it. Came back Monday. Not fixed. Dear Scotiabank: If you want to wrap yourselves in eco-friendly warmth and fuzziness, it’s not enough to slap your logo on an EV charger and then just forget it exists.” — Edward Thommes, a year ago

“Marginally successful charge. Could not pay using the credit card system because it had a warning that it was not initialized. I then installed the app and managed to get it to start charging. When I was done, it would not stop charging. The stop on the machines screen did nothing and the app has no way to stop it. The charger is physically locked to the car when charging so I could jot just pull it out to stop it. I eventually resorted to hitting the emergency stop and then reset that to hopefully leave it functioning as well as possible for the next person. Unfortunately this level of poor software and hardware design is common so 2 stars even though any other device this poor would get 1.” — David Timan, 2 years ago
