“The Electrify America chargers at this location consistently show that all the chargers are working on the app and the on specific screens on the units at the station. However, while we were there, we had to try all of them to eventually find the only one that was working. We tried calling customer service but were on hold for 15 minutes, waiting for someone to answer after the initial prompts.
