“Chargers are in the back of the Bank of America parking lot. The app took forever (5+ minutes) to load so I had to unplug and replug when it finally acknowledged I was at the charging station. However, it then worked just fine - currently charging, 15 minutes in. 150k chargers are set up so you can plug in from either side; 50k charger (the only one with the CHAdeMO plug) can only reach front passenger quarter (or reverse). “The chargers at this station are incredibly unreliable. Almost every time I charge my car, an error occurs midway through the session. When I return, my car is barely charged, yet I’m still charged an excessive amount of money, with no notification that an error occurred. To make matters worse, one of the chargers has been out of order for months, and it seems like Electrify America isn’t taking action to fix it.
