“This location has four charging stations. The ChargePoint app said there were four stations available each rated at 320 kW. When we arrived, one station was not operational and the remaining three stations stated they were able to provide 160 kW. In reality, our average charging speed was 94 kW with a peak of 98 kW. “Absolutely will never return to charge here! It’s almost laughable that these stations are labeled as “fas chargers.” In reality, they are anything but fast—calling them that feels misleading. The charging speed was painfully slow, far below expectations, and completely impractical for anyone on a schedule. I ended up wasting time, feeling frustrated, and ultimately had to leave to find a reliable charging option elsewhere.
