“I visited this Tesla location for a demo drive, and my first experience was decent, but my second visit was a disaster. The place was noticeably unclean, both inside and outside, and the cars weren’t well-maintained either. It didn’t give off the premium experience you’d expect from Tesla. What made things worse was the attitude of the staff inside. Not a single person greeted me, and the vibe felt off—almost like they were judging or just didn’t care to assist customers. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, they gave me weird looks, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service here seriously needs work. Tesla is known for innovation and high standards, but this location doesn’t reflect that at all. I hope they improve cleanliness, car maintenance, and especially their customer service because this was honestly disappointing. “Tesla's Supercharger network is the Gold Standard for EV charging for a reason. I rarely encounter so much as a single out-of-order post, and I've only ever had to wait for a post to become available once. To top it all off, Superchargers are generally about half the price of other networks in the same areas. Of course, they do charge a little more for non-Teala vehicles, but I feel strongly that Tesla makes the best EVs, so if you're shopping, be sure to take one for a test drive.” — Thomas C, 8 months ago

“Under the huge American Flag!!! Really good facilities when they’re open here at the Tesla dealership — nothing else around here and if you stop by after hours or on a Sunday it’s a ghost town — they need to open up an owners lounge here like at Buttonwillow, CA, especially since there is no other facilities close by — Chargers worked well all week for me, I did see one other person needing to move to a different charger” — Jon Ferguson, 7 years ago
