“The charging station works, but it charges $10 at a time. So if you use $1 or $11 worth of energy, you’ll be charged $10 or $20 respectively. Now, the remaining money is stored in your wallet for later use, but SWTCH is not a very common charging station so most people would never end up using it. Also, it is slow at 6.6 kWh max. It took 2 hrs and 15 mins to charge about 20 kWh in my model Y. At the end of the day, I’m glad the hotel had a charging station available regardless of the flaws.” — Sean Joseph, a year ago
