“This station was the worst of my trip, all 10 of the charger were down, but didn't say on the screen. After trying 4 diffrent chargers and a 15 min call to support, I had to drive to the Fred Myers one 15 mins out of my way to get a charge. “Note: If you have a Nissan LEAF, take it to the station on the very left. It should say, "CHAdeMO", and have a blue plug. You must plug the blue plug into your LEAF. Nothing else will work. You may have to google where it plugs into. If you have a tesla, bring an adaptor. These run CCS and CHAdeMO, not tesla connectors. On arrival, I couldn't figure out how to charge using the app. I had to use my credit card and pay a higher price than charging using the app. I later learned that to charge using the app, you must add money to your Electrify America wallet, and then slide to charge. Make sure the right charger is selected. Sometimes, your car will stop charging at 80% and you will be charged for sitting idle without charging. This may be fine, as after 80% you shouldn't charge more unless you have to. After 80%, EVs charge slower and slower, which is why it may take two hours to fully charge. Another thing I see in reviews is that these charge slower than what is listed on the station. They only charge as fast as your car asks for. For example, if you go to a 350kw station, but your car can only do 100kw, you will only do 100kw. It works fine once you figure out how to plug it in properly. Go for the sideways stations if your car's port is sideways. That should make it easier. If your car can't charge more than 150, go for the 150kw stations.
