“I would give them 3 stars as they have this service for employees of BETA however if you are not an employee and need to charge you will need to download their App, give them your credit card then start charging. Good service for someone visiting the company. However the charge speed is slower than a turtle and it would require 7 hours to gain 50% charging! Company can make money on nearby BYV car rentals who need to fast charge their vehicles before returning. “Would not change for me. Gave a voltage deviation error and ended the charge right away. The woman answering the phone number on the display had no record of this station. The Beta Tech phone number on the app only went to voicemail. My vehicle was disabled and I couldn’t move it.
