“Update: 1/31/2025 So the fast chargers are still down for an unknown reason... Numerous repair complaints have been put in, and most times customer service doesn't even reply. British petroleum is 500 ft away and they've installed their own chargers, people are not driving 30 mi away to find another EVCS charger, They're just going over to BP and letting the oil company have the money 🤷 Maybe you guys could be professionals and get over here and fix this equipment, there's not another charging company in this area that takes this long to fix a single charging station. The fast charging station here has been down for over 3 months... I've literally made dozens of complaints... In August they told me that the station should be back up and running in 3 weeks, and here we are at the very end of November with the station still down. Customer service is rude. And if you look at the reviews on plug share, the machine incessantly beeps and customer service doesn't seem to care that this bugs customers. The basically act like customers should just shut up about it. Very unprofessional corporation, I just go over to the Arco and give BP my money...
