“Spent half an hour trying to charge. Never got it to work. Costume service was terrible. The representative was nice and professional but knew less about charging electric cars than I do and I don’t know the difference between amps and volts. The only tool they seem to have at their disposal was rebooting the charger, which did nothing. Frankly, every other time I tried to charge at a flow charger I have to call customer service.
