What drivers have written

“Update: 12/27/25 DO NOT USE THIS STATION, 0 stars, do not recommend. owners have reduced output speeds all the way down to 5kW, no more tap ability- unless you have the ChargePoint RFID card which means the only way to charge now is directly through the app and the speeds are as low as a j-1772/level 2 charger or less…but for the same cost as typical DC fast speeds. Repeated safety events including car accidents, fights, and folks constantly parking their cars and leaving for day’s due to no idle fees and non-EV vehicles constantly taking the spots when the parking lot is full. This station used to be amazing, now it’s literally a waste of time and space. Charging EVs in a heat wave … there is NO SHADE at this station. Sitting in our cars while charging during 90 and hundreds degree temps is not recommended but sometimes necessary. You may experience the station overheating and you may experience your vehicle doing the same. Stay cool and keep temps in mind when needing to charge up. I would give this station 5 stars if it had more stations (only has 2 fast stations and 1 slow) there’s plenty of room for at least 2 more fast stations and 1 more slow station. I’m just saying. Gated lot, free entry, police and security patrol the lot FREQUENTLY which is comforting bc there’s always a lot going on in this area. On game days/events etc the lot is reserved for Lumiere/HorseShoe Patrons (Cesars Rewards/Hotel key Card must be present) There are no restrooms or trash cans near the charging station. Neither is the entry/exit. Bathrooms are inside of horseshoe casino and it’s lobby restroom is not always open (frequently closed for cleaning) No access to four seasons or lumiere hotels facilities unless you are a guest (key card entry) There’s usually a long line for the chargers between noon and midnight … speeds reduce from 65kwh to 25 when dual use. A lot of folks will plug up and leave their vehicles. Some fall asleep/forget to come back on time. I’ve had to wake people up to let them know their car was done and that I’m waiting. Meet a lot of cool EV drivers here, most friendly and helpful and overall courteous of others and helping us fix station issues. The station on far left is the most reliable Tap/RFID/Physical Card/App The station in the middle is the most glitchy/has worn out touch screen RFID/App work 100% but tapping your phone/card will maybe work 60% of the time The far right station is slow and typically used for folks who work during the day or are sleeping at the hotels overnight because they take a full 8hrs to charge Tips: wait times are long, use J1772 charger to charge while you wait for the fast chargers (if there’s more than 3 people ahead of you) If station is packed the charging cost will be higher and the time to charge will be to Out of courtesy when station is packed I will adjust my charging to stop between 50-80% depending on how long the line is and what time Of day it is. $1 auth for ChargePoint stations. App/RFID NOT REQUIRED This station boasts .25/kw and that’s the cheapest I’ve found around town.” — Amelia White, 8 months ago

“Station use to be wonderful. Now ignorant ppl come drop there car off and leave. Your sitting waiting to use charger, to only find out no ones in the car. There not going into the Casino. They literally leaving the premises while the car charge 🤬🤬” — Charleigh Jones, a year ago

“Very good chargers, with great rates/price. The location is very convenient and central. The DC Fast charger allowed a charge of 61 miles in 22min (a total of 15.25kWh added). The regular charger allowed a charge of 61 miles in 2h 27min (a total of 15.26kWh added).” — Arq. JC, 3 years ago
