“This is a Pilot Flying J station that uses EVgo. We always liked Pilot and Flying J with our ICE car. Since we now have a Chevy Equinox EV these are one of the best charging stations. Just plug it in and it starts. I’m looking forward to all chargers having Plug and Charge. These are 350kW shared chargers. We did 38.5kW for $17.25 in 18 minutes. The price is $045 per kW and no session fee. I think all chargers should be below $0.50 to make driving an EV cheap enough to take on long road trips. Inside the store you can get a good selection of things to eat and drink. You can even eat healthy if you want, which is not the case at many truck stops. The bathrooms are always clean. It’s busy but efficient so you never have to wait long to order food or check out. This will be on our list of favorite EV chargers when we do our road trips to Florida a few times a year. I hope GM Energy keeps building out their network. I would love to see every Pilot/Flying J have a GM Energy charging station.” — Bill, a year ago
