“UPDATE 1/23/2025 - I really didn't think it could get much worse than it was on my last update. I arrived at electrify America by the Tyrone Mall. Two of the six charges are out of service, seven cars are waiting for the four working charges. If everything comes out perfectly, I'll be lucky to be at a charger within an hour and a half. I'll update the time frame at the end of my charging session. Electrify America needs to add more units to this location. And they need to get their service people to address out of service units faster than they have. This is a bit ridiculous in shows why as a country we are not ready for electric vehicle. UPDATE 12/17/2024 - Electrify America has become more and more unreliable. Here I am at the only charging station in St. Petersburg, Florida, three of the six charges are down. Why don't they have somebody here fixing them? . There's four cars waiting to be charged. Already waited 35 minutes. This is ridiculous. They need to get their act together . This location is relatively new, easy to get to. I had a 15 minute wait to access one the chargers, that was mid morning. “350 kW chargers, but I was charging at 50 kW. Two minute wait for a spot. First slot I tried didn’t accept my credit card, but the slot next to it was empty and that one worked for me.
