“As Justin Kirkpatrick said, the Ford App directed to the old Richardson Chevrolet. There was no charger there. (How about somebody updating this link?) The owner directed me to the new Richardson Chevrolet. There was a charger there. I couldn't figure it out. I went inside for help and was told that charger didn't work. (How about a sign?)I was directed across the street to another dealership. Was this also Richardson Chevrolet? By now I'm getting rattled. I found the charger. I couldn't figure it out. I went inside for help. The sales rep came out to help, but he had no idea. (? No curiosity?) The charger was labeled InCharg. I tried to download the app, but was told the server was down. Also wireless there was very weak. I called InCharg. The agent and I struggled to identify what charger I was at, but finally succeeded. She rebooted the charger. She also explained that the confusing directions referred to use by local employees. I just ignored those directions. I finally was able to connect. All in all, 2 hours. My conclusion, I cannot rely on FordPass recommendations without research, preloading the app. Also, the employees at the dealerships where these EV chargers were located do no feel any ownership or responsibility for the chargers on their property; at least at Richardson dealerships in Standish.” — Stephanie Patil, a year ago
