“Chargers are always in good condition. Area is well lit. My complaint is that you are billed for time charging, not amount charged. So when I arrived, another car was charging, and my car was only charging at 25kw for about 30 minutes. When the other car disconnected, my charging speed went up to 85kw. So it only took about 10 minutes to charge the rest of the way. I was charged the same amount for the first 15 minutes as I was for the last 15 minutes. $10 all in at would have cost about $3 if I had been getting proper charging speed from the start. It's like I'm the one being punished for the charging station being slow. The station is rated at 62kw each with two cars charging, and 125kw if just one is charging.” — Benjamin Hauber, 3 years ago

“Once we figured out the process, it was not so bad. We needed an 80% charge to travel from Statesboro, GA to Blackshear, GA. Just bought a new Mach-E Mustang with a 200+range, We were at 20%. It took 45 minutes to charge. I would like to see a few more charging stations located new better restaurants so that the travel time could be better spent.
