What drivers have written

“Yes this is an EV Connect charging station But it is Located at the Arco gas station which should be made clearer for those of us trying to find the two charging stands. When I found them, on the side of the building, they appeared to be dormant, I was about to leave when thankfully, I asked the manager of Arco and he explained that you had to use them through the EV connect app… I use the barcode on the machine to then call the EV connect support people who walked me through the process… much like anything once you know how it works. It’s not all that difficult but as a novice, I found it extremely frustrating. I think it’s important for those of us who love our EV’s that we encourage companies to continue to build a user friendly network of charging stations because ultimately it’s the EV infrastructure that’s going to make the EV industry successful I can envision a day when many restaurants, shopping centers and many convenience. Stores will probably add EV charging stations to their layout However, this will also be a function of supply and demand. I love my EV bolt. This was my first cross country trip and it rides and handles like a dream on the highway so it was well worth the inconvenience of trying to get the EV charger to work but as for me I will never go back to an ICE vehicle.” — Mr. Pete, a year ago

“Sadly I continue to suffer from public charger anxiety due to poor charging options. Luckily most of my charging is done at home or work. This is yet another charger that requires downloading another app. The app was not as complicated as some other apps and allowed me to charge as a guest, I assume at a premium price but I don't really care as I'm not getting a lot of juice. It's dark and cold out tonight which doesn't help. Both chargers were available as all 4 EA chargers nearby were all full. The chargers are on the side of the building in total darkness other than the bright screens on the chargers. I'd say it's a sketchy place in the dark compared to the EA chargers nearby in a well lit parking lot. On the bright side I'll soon have enough juice to get home.” — Shawn Jessup, a year ago

“The chargers are a little close to each other and the cords are too short. I have a Ford Lightening and has to park parallel in order for the cord to reach the 1st charger when another car was parked at the second one.” — Travis McBride, a year ago
