“Visible and well lit spot, didn’t feel unsafe. It’s at the far corner of the public library lot, by the start of the park trail, so there’s also decent foot and bike traffic. Requires the Shell App or card to use. I had to download the app and it took a few times to line up the payment/plug-in order to get it to work, but it did charge eventually” — Slex, 2 years ago
