“Neither charger works. Both of them say the card reader is broken and direct to download the app and charge using the app. The app also doesn't work. The next charging station is 15 minutes away and given the -30 C it was a nerve inducing drive. Petro can should be ashamed for not fixing these chargers and especially for not indicating online they are out of service so drivers can plan accordingly. This is what causes people to get stranded.
